They fixed an old Elgin pocket watch my grandfather left me and followed through until it was functional . Especially for the age , very happy with the forthright effort to make sure it was optimal. I was impressed with the follow up after getting the glass replaced, it needed minor adjustments and it is a beautiful watch they took care to help fix .

The best shop I've found in the country to buy (and sell) both bullion, collectors coins. They also carry a wide array of awesome jewelry, as well as time pieces - pocket watches in particular. Need a custom piece made? Something engraved? They have a local jewelry maker that can do custom pieces for you. You’ll not find a more honest, laid back place in the country, I’d bet my bottom silver dollar.

I came here when I needed the batteries replaced on several watches and they took care of it within 20 minutes and even gave me a discount since I brought so many! I've come to them with any watch repairs I needed since and they've taken care of me very well! Definitely recommend them for any watch related needs!

Great place. Had to sell some jewelry to take care of holidays everyone there made an uncomfortable situation more comfortable. Very knowledgeable. Selling valuables is sometimes tuff. But they try to give you the best they can and offer information for other options. Haven't bought anything yet. But noticed some good deals. And will look forward to going back. The return i made was descent. But the fact that they made you feel comfortable is worth more than that a lot more. People in this business are often rude and make you feel like you have very few options. Total opposite here. I highly recommend this place. Good people.

At Castle they are the best in town hands down!! They pay top dollar for your gold or silver scrap,watches,and coins.I've shoped all over the Albuquerque area and the one place I find myself going back to is Castle go check them out and talk to Linda she is awesome!!!
